OnePlus 8T Review: Trying To Be Expensive
So OnePlus 8T is just a week away from launching, and we are eagerly waiting for this.
OnePlus is always known for its speed and powerful specs at a minimal price. Which is very liked by every gamer especially.
In previously OnePlus launched Flagship killers like OnePlus 8 pro, and they also launched budget phones like OnePlus Nord.
But this time OnePlus is launching 8T, which is not a budget phone, and also not a flagship phone. We can say it is a mid-range phone with amazing specs.
Display of OnePlus 8T
The OnePlus 8T is coming with a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display like the OnePlus 8, but with a 120hz refresh rate, and 240hz touch sampling rate, which we’ve already seen on OnePlus 8pro.
The display is gonna be the 10-bit panel withHDR10+, and over 1100 nits peak brightness. It will be a flat display with a 91.1% screen to body ratio.
The camera of OnePlus 8T
While we talk about the camera of OnePlus phones, we all know OnePlus is a little lazy to think about their cameras like previously we got OnePlus 8 pro.
OnePlus 8 pro is an amazing smartphone for every gamer. But for photos, I will not recommend you OnePlus.
So if you are fond of taking photos or selfies, I will recommend trying other brands. But if you are a gamer, then there is no doubt that OnePlus is the best option for performance.
But at this end of 2020 OnePlus is coming with something different. Now they are coming with great features and also an amazing camera.
So from now if you want performance and camera, I will say OnePlus is just amazing.
Now, if you look at the top left corner is also going to be sporting a 32-megapixel selfie camera, which is double the resolution of its predecessor.
Now if we move on to the rear, you can see a curved back glass, and unlike its predecessor in all the renders, we’ve been seeing the OnePlus 8T has a rectangular camera module in the top left corner, which looks very similar to the s20.
If we look at the camera section of the OnePlus 8T we can see a quad camera setup. In OnePlus 8T, we will get a 48-megapixel primary camera a 16-megapixel ultra-wide a 5-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel portrait.
So it will be great news for photographers who want plenty of shooting options. OnePlus 8T going to allow some great article capture of at least 4k is 60 frames a second.
OnePlus 8T has the quad-camera set up with the same old main camera 48- a megapixel sensor which the OnePlus 7, and 7t series, and the OnePlus 8 had, the Sony IMX586. The 16-megapixel ultra-wide camera, 5-megapixel micro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth camera.
Power of OnePlus 8T
We can’t even doubt about the performance of OnePlus phones. As we know OnePlus is known for its best performance.
OnePlus always try to give the best processor and best specs to everyone at a lower price. So OnePlus 8T will be the best choice for gaming lovers.
The phone is gonna be powered by the Snapdragon865 plus processor with 5g connectivity support coupled with up to 12GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage.
It’s gonna be backed with the 4500mAh battery with the new fast-charging tech, Warp Charge 65, which will deliver double the speed.
OnePlus’s already speedy Warp Charge 30T. OnePlus has also officially posted that this phone will have the new Oxygen OS 11 on top of, android 11 out of the box.
Their 30W fast charge was already fast enough to charge a phone, but they are taking to a whole new level on the OnePlus 8T as it’s going to offers 65W of warp charging.
This powerful charger has already been revealed by oppo which is a sister company of OnePlus which shows that it can fully charge a 4000mAh battery in just 30 minutes, and this charger will charge the phone 0 to 27% in 5 minutes.
Built-In Software of OnePlus 8T
At the end of this 2020, OnePlus want to make us happy to give something extra. They are trying to make you complete by OnePlus 8T.
So there are many new things we can see in the OnePlus 8T. Everything is upgraded, and actually, I am a bit confused that is this phone is a budget phone or a flagship phone.
There are two variants available for the OnePlus 8T. One is 8 gigs of ram and 128 storage or for those that want a little bit more, we can get 12 gigs of ram, and 256 storage with a whopping 4500 milliamp-hour battery.
The OnePlus 8T will be the best choice when it comes to charging we’ve got a 65-watt warp charge using wires, and a 30-watt charge wirelessly.
The OnePlus 8T is coming with oxygen os 11 based on, android 11, and like all of the models before it, they have taken steps to make the phone waterproof, but there’s no official IP rating.
